Terms of Service
A plain-language summary of the agreement between your company and Raised Sales.
The service
Raised Sales provides software for discovering federal contracting opportunities, analyzing solicitations, organizing company information, and preparing proposals. Raised Sales Managed is an optional professional service billed separately.
Subscription and billing
Raised Sales is billed at $199 per month, or $1,990 per year, plus applicable sales tax, until canceled. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial: a credit or debit card is required at signup and the first payment is charged automatically on day 8 unless you cancel during the trial. The free trial is available once per customer. Subscriptions renew automatically. Failed payments may result in limited access until resolved. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for reviewing all generated content before use, and for every submission you make to a government agency. Pricing, certifications, representations, signatures, and submission decisions are always yours.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another customer's data, resell access, or use the platform to submit information you know to be false. Unlimited proposal projects are subject to reasonable use.
No legal advice, no guarantees
Raised Sales is software and professional support, not a law firm. Nothing in the service is legal advice, and Raised Sales does not guarantee contract awards, eligibility determinations, or agency decisions.
Government data
Opportunity information originates from official government sources and may change or be amended. Always confirm requirements and deadlines against the official solicitation before submitting.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your company information, documents, and proposals. Raised Sales retains ownership of the platform, including its software and templates.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no long-term commitment.
Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time, because access to the platform is delivered immediately for the full period. If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a billing amount that does not match the plan — email jherman@hermansystems.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review it and issue a refund where the charge was genuinely incorrect. Managed Services engagements are quoted and invoiced separately, and refund terms for that work are set out in the engagement agreement.

Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account owners.
