Information we collect
We collect account details you provide (name, email, company), the company information and documents you add to your Company Vault, proposal content you create, and standard technical data such as log and device information needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use your information to operate Raised Sales: matching opportunities to your capabilities, analyzing solicitations you choose to work on, generating and reviewing proposal content, processing billing, and providing support.
Data separation
Raised Sales is multi-tenant. Your company's records are scoped to your organization, and access controls prevent another customer from reading your profile, documents, opportunities, proposals, pipeline, or billing information.
AI processing
Content you submit may be processed by AI services to classify documents, extract structured details, analyze solicitations, and draft proposal sections. We do not use your company documents to train public models.
Third-party services
We rely on service providers for hosting, database and file storage, payment processing, and AI processing. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your company data; some records are retained where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege server-side handling of credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage strong passwords and prompt removal of former team members.
